A man was killed and four others seriously injured in a three-vehicle collision at Kilometre 13 of the Cameron Highlands–Simpang Pulai road on Sunday afternoon. Perak Fire and Rescue Department said the crash involved a Nissan Serena, a Perodua Myvi and a Mitsubishi Xpander.
3-Vehicle Crash
The 65-year-old Myvi driver died at the scene, while four female passengers sustained serious injuries. A woman in the Nissan Serena was badly hurt, another suffered minor injuries and a male occupant was unharmed. All six occupants of the Mitsubishi Xpander escaped without injury. Rescue operations began at 3.04pm and concluded at 5.40pm.
