Putri Norlisa Najib Appointed Independent Director at CTOS

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 23, 2026, CTOS Digital Bhd has appointed Najib Razak’s eldest daughter, Putri Norlisa Najib, as its independent non-executive director, effective Sept. 25.

According to a Bursa filing, the 45-year-old lawyer brings over 20 years of legal experience. A graduate of the University of Nottingham with a Master’s in law, she is a member of the Malaysian Bar.

Putri Norlisa began her career in 2005 at Eversheds in London, specialising in banking law, before returning to Malaysia in 2009 to practise at Kadir, Andri & Partners, where she became partner. She later co-founded Putri Norlisa Chair in 2015, which merged with Adnan Sundra & Low in 2018. She became Joint Managing Partner of the firm in 2023.

She will serve on CTOS’ Risk and Compliance Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Employee Share Option Scheme Committee. CTOS confirmed she has no family ties with its directors or major shareholders.
