The topic of Chanel bags having alleged problems are no longer that uncommon as they’re discussed every other day it seems. A TikTok user alleges that they saw a bag dubbed the “kelly” bag being creased as such while still being displayed in the store.

It seems several users agree with this sentiment as they feel the quality of certain leather goods could improve, especially with their extremely high asking price. Some users say that they no longer blame others buying dupes or fakes as they’re unsatisfied with most of these luxury houses.
On the other hand, some defend the brand, arguing that the type of leather used is designed to crease naturally. However, the TikToker points out that similar bags seen online do not exhibit such creasing, especially when they are brand new.
