The Pakatan secretary-general shared that while others celebrated their victories in the party polls on Friday night, he chose to stay by Rafizi’s side. Reflecting on their history, Saifuddin recalled how Rafizi served as his speechwriter in 2008. Despite occasional disagreements, he praised Rafizi as a rare talent, admitting, “I am afraid of losing him from the party.”
