Singapore bans citizens from using foreign-registered cars locally, so owners park them in Johor Baru condos or facilities like Carlogy in Skudai, which offers air-conditioned storage and concierge services. Johor dealers report rising sales to Singaporeans, but experts warn of risks if vehicles are not properly registered and insured.
