You probably heard of houses being towed on roads in their owners attempt to find a better location for their homes in America in particular.
But you never heard of two huge jumbo jets being towed in Singapore roads on their way to a scrapping centre in Changi Airport.
Channel News Asia reports that In an operation lasting a few hours, two Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) Airbus A380s were towed on their final trip to Changi Exhibition Centre, where they will be taken apart. This is the first time that SIA is scrapping its superjumbos locally.
