KUALA LUMPUR, March 15, 2025 – As Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim prepares to defend his Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) presidency in May, former vice president Tian Chua has cast doubt on the relevance of Anwar’s decades-long Reformasi movement. Tian Chua insists that while Anwar faces no internal rivals, his true challenge is proving PKR’s reformasi agenda still matters after gaining power. “After becoming the government, is the reform we championed still meaningful?” he asked Sinar, pressing for clarity on abandoned causes.
