Top Glove Corporation Bhd conducted its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 10, 2024, virtually from its corporate headquarters in Setia Alam. All proposed resolutions during the AGM were successfully carried.

Subsequently, the Board of Directors, including Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai, and the Chairman of Board Sustainability Committee, Ms. Sharmila Sekarajasekaran, along with Senior Management and Advisors, renewed their commitment to the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP BHR) and the Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (Corruption Free Pledge).
