A trailer believed to have lost control caused a six-vehicle collision along KM32.5 of the Klang-Banting road near Banting on Tuesday afternoon. Kuala Langat police chief Supt Mohd Akmalrizal Mohd Radzi said the 12:15 p.m. incident occurred when the trailer, traveling from Dengkil to Sungai Buaya, crashed into another trailer, triggering a chain reaction involving four more vehicles.

Fortunately, all victims—aged 20 to 50—escaped without injuries. The trailer driver tested negative for drugs and held a valid license. The case is being investigated under Section 43(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for careless and inconsiderate driving.
