Allegedly, the coveted bags from most luxury houses in Europe and America are made in China. These are the claims of a number of wholesalers from China. This apparently happened in lieu of Trump’s tariffs that are directed towards the country. Relatively, it is also meant to prove that their products are just as good or even better as those that are made in Europe and America.

Social media users feel these sellers are actually helping the consumers as they allege that major brands, albeit luxury or not, are the ones profiteering off of this for decades. Furthermore, it seems that netizens are jaded with the fashion industry as fakes and dupes are becoming widely accepted.
Netizens are debating amongst each other. One claims that this is the exact reason why Trump installed the tariffs against China to begin with. However, others add that it is the western companies themselves who built said factories and production facilities in China.
