BACHOK, April 13 — A woman, Siti Munirah Muhamad, 32, was fined RM2,000 by the Magistrates’ Court here today after pleading guilty to a charge of storing about 100 pornographic materials including pornographic videos in her Munirah Muhamad, 32, last week.

She was accused of the possessions at a house in Kampung Kubang Telaga here at about 8pm on April 6. The defence argued the accused has a daughter of 15 hence they requested a fine instead of jail term.
“The accused has a 15-year-old daughter and promised not to repeat the offence to set a good example for her child,” she said.
It is a very serious offence in Malaysia to possess porn, both in the shariah and conventional laws says Siti Kassim.
