Touch N Go has been proving themselves to be the relic of the past as the days go by. Now ever more so with the new problems their customers are currently facing. Their Touch n Go apps are able to authorise transactions from their banks without OTP approvals.

This Twitter user has lost RM1,000 after clicking on the wrong link. The link disguised itself as a government financial aid link. However, the netizen was in fact clicking on a phishing link, which then enabled scammers to steal his hard earned money.
There were a number of netizens who experienced the same problem. There was one that even lost RM2,200 without even realising. Touch n Go did nothing to help all of these people, their hotline is not 24/7 and they would need a full week of investigations to find out where the missing money went.
