According to a business owner, Gen-Z workers who quit school early and then complain about their family and school life, exhibit a change in attitude after starting work. Below is the list of complaints by the owner in Batu Pahat:

  1. Quitting school before completing secondary education
  2. Complaining about family and school life
  3. Unreliable work habits (taking long toilet breaks, taking leave without notice, leaving work early to celebrate friend’s birthday)
  4. Lack of dedication and change in attitude after getting familiar with the job

The owner initially thought that everyone would feel a sense of responsibility but was disappointed with their work habits. He hopes they find a better boss and said he would continue to hire and fire employees in an “endless loop.”
