The men commenting on the situation are accusing this woman of not being entirely too serious with a religious man. For obvious reasons, the man may ask his either future wife or current wife to start wearing the hijab. This may be an uncomfortable conversation if the woman is not wearing the hijab.
Others are defending the woman citing that it is not nice to expose her situation to others. It is a personal choice if a woman chooses not to wear the hijab, despite the religion recommending it.
