Pasir Salak MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman, who was previously dismissed as Prasarana chairman (effective immediately) for his failure to deal with the LRT tragedy, has been appointed as the Malaysian Ambassador to Indonesia.
On both sides of the border, it appears there are attempts to stop his nomination in Indonesia. Memes and jokes are flying over the social media networks in Malaysia saying ‘good riddance’ to Tajuddin for leaving the country or ‘enjoy the show’ to Indonesians.
In media statements, Tajuddin has said he is going to Jakarta to tell the Indonesians of the progress Malaysia made while, maybe, he was in power?
