JIUJIANG, March 20 — A 12-year-old girl in Jiangxi province has captured attention by running her own stationery shop near her primary school. Using red packet savings she had collected since childhood, she invested about 44,000 yuan (RM25,300) for startup costs, including rent, inventory, and a freezer.

Remarkably, she even pays her mother 100 yuan daily to help at the shop. While her mother manages operations during school hours, the girl takes charge after classes, handling stock purchases and business decisions. Netizens praised her financial awareness, though some questioned her mother’s bold parenting approach.
