Four fatalities have been reported among participants of the RXZ Members 7.0 motorsports event in Terengganu, including a 36-year-old man and Roslinawati Ramli, 33. Despite the 100,000-strong turnout, police said no misconduct was recorded. Authorities urged riders to prioritise safety, ride in groups, rest when needed, and avoid dangerous stunts like the “Superman” pose.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has allocated an additional RM200,000 to the RXZ Members 7.0 motorsports programme in Terengganu, bringing total support to RM300,000. His senior political secretary, Shamsul Iskandar Akin, said the funds aim to boost motorsports with economic impact and foster unity. He stressed the event is independently organised, without state or political involvement.
