A raid by the National Anti‑Drugs Agency (AADK) in Kuala Terengganu exposed a troubling scene after a public tip‑off. Officers found a man in his 30s (OYDS 1) asleep beside his one‑year‑old daughter, while his brother (OYDS 2) was also present. Both tested positive for drugs during urine screenings.
AADK Staff Comfort Toddler After Emotional Scene in Raid
The toddler, distressed and clinging to her father, was temporarily cared for by AADK staff before being handed to her mother. OYDS 1 was detained for investigation. AADK stressed that drug abuse devastates families, leaving children as innocent victims who suffer emotional scars from the choices of adults around them.
