AmBank Founder Murder: Federal Court Upholds Death Penalty

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court upheld the death penalty for Koong Swee Kwan, who murdered AmBank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi in 2013. Koong, a former tow truck driver, was convicted for the execution-style killing of Najadi, who suffered seven gunshot wounds in broad daylight at a temple parking lot.
