Amira Aisya Abd Aziz has been officially elected as president of the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) for the 2026–2029 term. The decision was made during the party’s inaugural leadership election held alongside its annual general meeting.

Amira, who previously served as acting president, secured the leadership role as the party formalised its internal structure through its first election process.
Party members said the leadership vote marks a key milestone in strengthening Muda’s organisational structure ahead of future political contests.
