A video uploaded on Facebook shows a woman in an ambulance with an elderly patient blowing kisses for social media users and sticking her tongue out. But it did not sit well with social media users who are now attacking the woman for being unprofessional but they are accusing her thinking she is a nurse.

Some Facebook users say she is not to be mistaken for a nurse or medical assistant, netizens have also stressed that the individual involved is a healthcare assistant (Pembantu Perawatan Kesihatan or PPK). Other users are saying the uniform for these personnel should be of different colour as people will think they are also nurses acting unprofessionally.
