Mimi (@lilymirae114) shared a video of her son expressing how difficult it was to sleep in their car, where they had been living for nearly a month while searching for a rental home. 

He asked if she was okay and admitted his body hurt from sleeping in the car, leaving viewers heartbroken.

The mother explained that her son rarely complains, but his words showed he was exhausted. She added that he has a speech delay and has been surviving mostly on instant noodles. 

“When he says something like this, it means he’s really had enough,” she wrote.

The mother revealed they have since found a rental home, though the cost is higher than expected. She offered advice to others facing hardship: stay positive, trust in Allah, and remember that “there’s always a way through every problem.”

The video sparked widespread sympathy online, with many praising the boy’s courage and resilience. It also highlighted the harsh realities faced by families struggling with housing insecurity in Malaysia.
