Luxury enthusiast youtuber, Romina Rose May had recently made numerous videos about her new Chanel 22 bag that had its leather tear after 2 times using it. She’s not the only one who has experienced this.
When enquiring about the defect to Chanel, they basically informed her the bag was fine and if the cracks progressed, she’d then be able to exchange it. For the time being, Chanel offers a 5 year warranty for their bags.
