DAP national chairperson Lim Guan Eng has initiated legal action against PAS lawmaker Siti Mastura Muhammad for alleging he is related to Communist Party of Malaya (CPM) leader Ong Boon Hua, popularly known by his nom de guerre Chin Peng, and Singapore’s first prime minister Lee Kuan Yew.

DAP Leaders filing police report against Siti Mastura
Syerleena Abdul Rashid, the Bukit Bendera Member of Parliament, filed the report in Kuala Lumpur, stating that Mastura’s YouTube statements were baseless, defamatory, false, and malicious. Guan Eng had given Mastura a 48-hour ultimatum, which expired today, demanding proof of her claims. Mastura made the allegations during a recent PAS program in Terengganu.
