Elon Musk Now UNWELCOMED in a Pizza Takeaway after Legal Battle

Takeaway owner Amanj Ali found himself £12,000 poorer after a legal tussle with Tesla over the ‘Tesla Chicken & Pizza’ trademark. Ali, owner of Colorado’s Chicken in Bury, aimed to launch a new shop but faced opposition from Elon Musk’s Tesla, alleging exploitation of their brand.

Despite his efforts, including registering the trademark and creating a logo, Tesla prevailed, leaving Ali saddled with hefty fines and legal expenses. Feeling overwhelmed, Ali lamented the disparity in resources between his small business and the corporate giant, emphasizing the toll the two-year dispute took on him both financially and emotionally.
