Kelantan Petrol Station Admits Negligence in Budi95 Case

A petrol station manager in Tumpat, Kelantan, admitted negligence after a customer’s Budi95 fuel quota was misused by an unknown individual. The suspect claimed to have forgotten his MyKad and was allowed to provide the number manually, purchasing a full tank. 

Police Probe Misuse of Budi95 Quota in Kelantan

Victim Mohd Fadhli Noor later discovered 122 liters of petrol had been bought using his quota while he was in Kuantan, prompting a police report. 

Manager Mohamed Rusdi Md Nasir apologized, pledged compensation, and said staff have now been instructed to strictly require physical MyKad for all Budi95 transactions. Police confirmed investigations are underway, with the case referred to the Finance Ministry.
