In a recent article, it was said that a cute ferret wakes up from its nap if the owner places its favourite snack in front of it. It was ‘playing dead’ or was actually in deep sleep until the owner said “who’s gonna help me eat these snackies?”

The account shows that ferrets are just as intuitive as cats and dogs. They can try to catch their owners attention either for affection or food.
