Elephants found dead
Damien criticized the Wildlife Department (Perhilitan) for insufficient education and engagement with landowners and for failing to prevent habitat destruction due to logging, plantations, and development. He urged the government to implement measures to protect Malaysia’s natural heritage and questioned Perhilitan’s effectiveness in managing human-wildlife conflicts.
