Presiden PUTRA, Ibrahim Ali on the Pertiwi Podcast asked whether PAS will share seats with Umno in Terengganu and Kelantan where Umno has barely any seats after the big win by PAS in 2022. Saying that he worked with PAS before and they are not easy to deal with, he adds that PAS has such a stronghold on their seats that it will be tough for them to agree to share with Umno.

In the November 2022 Malaysian general election (GE15), PAS won 9 parliamentary seats in Kelantan and 7 parliamentary seats in Terengganu under its own logo, while its Perikatan Nasional (PN) ally Bersatu won the remaining seats in those states on a PAS ticket.
True Malay unity will be tested during the 16th General Election when Malay political parties.,Will PAS and Umno find a middle ground through negotiations to achieve that goal? The big question from Ibrahim Ali is whether PAS can compromise and condede more seats to Umno?
