There are times where Grab drivers can be inappropriate with some of their customers. A Thai woman complained that a driver was overly flirting with her citing that he loves Thai women. However, she states that she is a man, which she implied herself as a “ladyboy,” to which the driver went silent.

She is obviously a woman, but unfortunately some women would have to resort to such claims to keep themselves safe. Furthermore, she claims that she had booked a “quiet ride.” Netizens responded by asking what would happen if the driver liked transwomen?
Others jokingly asked her if she changed her voice in order to corroborate with her story. Some women are taking notes of this situation citing that they would use this new “hack” if a man is making them uncomfortable.
