Police have apprehended a man in Kuala Lumpur to aid in the investigation of a hidden camera found in a Jelutong homestay. The man, in his 20s and a friend of the woman who reported the incident, is now in custody after a tip-off led to his arrest.

Authorities believe the case is resolved with his apprehension and have obtained a four-day remand order. The victim, aged 24, discovered the camera concealed in the bathroom’s perfume container during her stay with friends on Feb 6. It was revealed that the camera was linked to the suspect’s cellphone.
