A lorry driver in his 20s got stuck while driving through a tunnel on Jalan Ibrahim, Labis, in Segamat due to failing to observe the height restriction sign.
Lorry Gets Stuck in Segamat Tunnel After Driver Misses Height Limit Sign
The incident occurred at 4:28 PM last week, when the lorry, en route from Labis to Selangor, collided with the top of the tunnel. Segamat District Police Chief Superintendent Ahmad Zamry Marinsah confirmed that no casualties were reported.
The case is being investigated under Section 79(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987. Police reminded all road users to remain alert and obey traffic signs to avoid similar accidents.
