Chairman Datuk Zuraidi Rahim noted that many young people ride motorcycles without licences, making them ineligible for the subsidy. He proposed simplified JPJ programmes in rural areas, including same-day training and testing.
Zuraidi also called for structured funding to Parent-Teacher Associations to support student programmes. He stressed that inclusive access to subsidies and education requires proactive, community-based support from both federal and local agencies.
