A 36-year-old man was forced to eat pork and threatened with beheading by a human trafficking syndicate if he failed to pay a RM30,000 ransom. His sister, Aini, said he was offered RM5,000 for a one-day job in Bangkok but was later found in Myanmar, beaten and pleading for rescue.
