The MyJPJ App has faced several controversies in the last few years after its introduction. Now, X users claim that it’s complicated to renew their drivers license via the app. Prior to that, many were unhappy that the app was completely replacing the physical driver’s license.

MyJPJ App Needs Improvements says Users
Others say that even the MySejahtera app, which did receive some criticism, was not as severe as the JPJ version. There were further complaints with regards to the MyDigital ID app as some individuals aren’t able to even register for it due to some alleged bugs.
Another X user says that it would be best to just renew one’s driver’s license for 10 years straight, thus the complications in constantly renewing the driver’s license would not be a constant one.
