The Negeri Sembilan government is developing two data centres, Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun told the State Assembly. A green data centre by US investors is underway in Nilai, while Gamuda Berhad is building an AI-focused data centre in Springhill, Port Dickson.

Land matters are settled and earthworks have begun. Negeri Sembilan’s strategic location near the Klang Valley, strong highway links, and sufficient infrastructure make it ideal. Aminuddin highlighted benefits such as quality job creation, investment growth, and higher tax revenue. A new water treatment plant, developed by Gamuda, will ensure sustainability and address water supply needs.
