An X user claims that some individuals have money, but they lack the mental thinking capacity. But, other users add on saying that those who drive these types of vehicles are not one to think carefully about things. However, this is a generalisation of the situation.
Others state that these individuals are the ones complaining that the diesel subsidy is removed. But at the same time they’re parking their cars in rivers.
