KUALA LUMPUR – Tuaran PKR chief Razeef Rakimin has criticized Shamsul Iskandar Akin, PM Anwar Ibrahim’s senior political secretary, for urging Rafizi Ramli and Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad to stay in the cabinet, calling it hypocritical. Razeef noted Shamsul supported Nurul Izzah Anwar’s challenge against Rafizi for PKR deputy presidency, despite Anwar’s call to retain Rafizi. After losing their party posts, Rafizi and Nik Nazmi resigned as economy and environment ministers, citing lost mandates. Razeef, a Rafizi ally, urged PKR to move on, dismissing Shamsul’s plea as insincere.
