Porsche Destroyed in Blaze at Lanchang Exit

TEMERLOH, Sept 12, 2026 — A Porsche was reduced to its frame after catching fire near the Lanchang Toll Plaza exit on the East Coast Expressway (LPT1) this afternoon. Pahang Fire and Rescue Department operations chief Mohd Salahudin Isa said the incident occurred around 1pm but caused no casualties.

Porsche Destroyed

The 36‑year‑old driver escaped unharmed. Fire crews arrived at 1.42pm and used a water tank hose line to extinguish the blaze. The fire was brought under control by 2.08pm and fully extinguished at 2.28pm. The vehicle was completely destroyed in the incident.
