Bribes are bribes
“There are those whose corruption runs into tens of billions but are untouchable. When a police sergeant (accepts) RM200 (in bribe) people are livid. I am not saying it is right (to accept bribes) but wrong is wrong. However, there are those who take RM10 billion but cannot be touched because the person has power…” (When action is taken), it is said to be revenge, old case. If you have taken RM200, I will forgive you. However, an old case involving RM20 billion is not my money. It is the people’s money.”
