The Federal Court has postponed Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor’s appeal hearing to March 3 after she was granted medical leave until February 28. Rosmah, who was absent from court, reportedly injured her knees and right shoulder on February 23 after a fall at home.

Her lawyer, Datuk Jagjit Singh, explained that she avoided a complete fall but sustained injuries, leading doctors to advise hospitalization, which she declined. Federal Court judge Datuk Azimah Omar questioned why she was not admitted if she could not attend court. The prosecution did not object, and the three-judge panel allowed the adjournment.
