The video is apparently from a man who is constantly laughing at the situation. While netizens are asking how did the frail-looking man ended-up in the drain (watch video), others are saying the man who posted the video should learn how to shut his mouth, or they could ‘taruk’ 100 cili in his mouth to stop his ‘annoying’ laughter.
