Former U.S. president Donald Trump said he doesn’t think he is “heaven-bound” while en route to Israel following the U.S.-brokered Gaza ceasefire. Speaking to reporters on Air Force One, Trump responded to a question about whether the truce would help him get into heaven, saying, “I don’t think there’s anything going to get me in heaven.”
No Heaven
He added that while uncertain about his spiritual fate, he believed he had “made life a lot better for a lot of people.” Trump also repeated false claims about the 2020 election and said the Ukraine-Russia war would not have happened under his presidency.
