A tragic mass shooting in Allen, Texas, claimed the lives of a family of three, Kyu Song Cho, 37, his wife Cindy Cho, 35, and their 3-year-old son, James. The Chos, who resided in Dallas, were among the eight victims killed by a gunman at the Allen Premium Outlets over the weekend.

Their 6-year-old son William was the sole survivor. James was described as a sweet and smart child who loved elephants, and his parents were highly respected in their respective professions.
