The Selangor government cares for its people, says the Menteri Besar of Selangor Amirudin Shari. He says there are various welfare programs that have been implemented by the state.

Elderly Jom Shopping

Starting in 2023, the value of the Jom Shopping Voucher has been increased to RM150. This is taking into account the current conditions and needs. It was RM100 in 2019 onwards.

Selangor Cares

The state does not only take care of its elderly citizens. It also has an insurance scheme that covers the entire Rakyat. Amirudin says Selangor is the ONLY state in the entire Asean that offers insurance coverage to its citizens. This shows that Selangor Cares!
