Despite efforts by Norhayati, the police couldn’t locate Saiful. His disappearance was deemed an enforced disappearance by Suhakam in 2019, attributing it to members of the Special Branch. Norhayati seeks court intervention to compel the police to conclude the investigation into the person’s whereabouts.
