Two viral video clips depicting a fight between two men wielding a machete and an iron rod circulated on social media last night. Lasting nine and 30 seconds respectively, the recordings show the men swinging the weapons, resulting in one of them being struck on the thigh.

Bystanders eventually intervened, and the injured victim was taken to Kota Belud Hospital for treatment. The incident, which occurred around 11:30 PM near a school in the district, was confirmed by Kota Belud District Police Chief, Superintendent Shahrudin Mat Husain. He stated that no official reports have been filed yet, as both parties have settled the dispute amicably due to familial ties.
