Civil Servants Want their Pay Rise Now: Cuepacs

The president of the Congress of Unions of Civil Service Employees urged the government to fulfil its promise to raise the salaries of approximately 1.6 million civil servants. It says the government should do so with the upcoming Budget 2024 this October. Cuepacs also believes the result of the PRN last Saturday should not change the Unity Government’s plans despite it not being in favour of Pakatan Harapan PH and BN.
