Developers must meet local authority specifications as outlined in the Development Order and Planning Permission. The Federal Territories Department aims to provide affordable, comfortable housing for M40 and B40 residents, transforming the area into a CHASE City (Clean, Healthy, Advanced, Safe, Eco-Friendly).
Additional requirements include greenery, sports and recreation facilities, healthcare, education, and inclusive spaces for gardening and senior citizens in new developments, particularly Madani Residences.
