SHAH ALAM – Jakel Trading Sdn Bhd has decided against pursuing legal action over the Sri Pathrakaliamman Temple issue in Jalan Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur, calling it a final resolution. Managing Director Datuk Seri Mohamed Faroz Mohamed Jakel announced the decision on Thursday, following consultations with legal advisors and a commitment to a peaceful outcome. He defended Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa, dismissing criticism of her role as unfair, given her key support in realizing the Madani Mosque project. Mohamed Faroz clarified that spontaneous remarks at the mosque’s groundbreaking ceremony were not intended to blame her.
